WARRANTY VENOM SERVOS

Warranty claims on this product only exist after normal operation within the 24-month warranty period. In this case we will repair or replace the servo according to our regulations. The repair must be paid for by the customer if the damage is due to improper use. When returning the product, a description of the defect and proof of purchase must be included.

The scope of the warranty is limited to the servos. We are not liable for consequential damages howsoever caused.

In addition, the guarantee for the SNAKEPIT RC servos expires if at least one of the following cases occurs:

• Use of the product in an application for which it is not intended.
• Exceeding product specifications.
• Incorrect wiring, disconnecting the plug connections, soldering on other plug connections or improper use.
• Use of wrong polarity connectors on the battery and the connecting cables of the products.
• MOSFETs and/or phase plate(s) have been damaged by current overload.
• The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product. The guarantee is not transferable.
• Missing receipt to prove date of purchase.
